About BTK COLLECTIONS

BTK COLLECTIONS was founded by Brenda Tran-Keating in New York with a simple belief: a dress should do more than fill a closet. It should solve real moments in a woman’s life. The idea for the boutique came from the wardrobe gap Brenda kept seeing again and again — women needed dresses that felt polished enough for work, elegant enough for dinner, and refined enough for weddings, brunch, date night, travel, and meaningful gatherings. BTK COLLECTIONS was created for women who want clothing with structure, beauty, and practicality: pieces that feel intentional, feminine, and wearable beyond one event.

The boutique’s point of view began with a love for simplicity, movement, and fabric that flows beautifully. Grade & Gather became one of the earliest expressions of that idea, especially through easy, flowy pieces such as asymmetric-skirt maxi dresses that customers responded to for their effortless shape and everyday elegance. As BTK COLLECTIONS developed, Brenda brought in Nissa, Weill Paris, and Edward Achour Paris together to strengthen the store’s polished, European-inspired direction. Nissa, a Romanian brand, adds clean feminine silhouettes and refined work-to-event dressing; Weill Paris brings timeless French elegance; and Edward Achour Paris offers Parisian tailoring, textured fabrics, and structured occasion pieces. Korean designers such as Nora Noh, NNA, Dahlia Project, and Mignon Doo bring modern proportion, quiet refinement, and architectural ease, while Sugarlips and Adelyn Rae offer feminine prints, versatile midi dresses, brunch-ready styles, and occasion pieces that feel special without being impractical. Every piece is selected for fit, fabric, detail, longevity, and how naturally it can live in a real woman’s wardrobe.

BTK COLLECTIONS is rooted in New York with a national and international online reach, but every order is still handled with the care of a small boutique. Brenda began including handwritten thank-you notes as a way to personally recognize each customer who chose to shop with BTK COLLECTIONS, and the tradition continues because that personal connection is part of the boutique experience. The goal is not to sell one-time outfits; it is to help women build wardrobes around pieces they return to — dresses that carry them through workdays, celebrations, dinner plans, travel, and the moments in between with confidence and ease.
