Return Authorization Required
All returns must be requested and approved before shipping.
BTK COLLECTIONS does not accept unauthorized returns.
To start a return, customers must submit a request through the Return Request Portal or email info@btkcollection.com with their order number.
If the return is approved, instructions will be provided.
Returns sent without authorization may be refused or returned to the sender.
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Requests submitted outside the return window may not be approved.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available for U.S. orders within the 14-day return window.
Customers must submit a return request for approval before sending any items back.
If a replacement item is shipped as part of an exchange and the item is later returned instead of kept, the outbound exchange shipping cost may be deducted from the final refund or store credit issued.

Return Condition Requirements
To qualify for return approval, items must:

be returned in original packaging
Items showing any signs of wear or use will not be accepted.
All returns are subject to inspection before approval.
Items that do not meet return conditions may be returned to the customer.
Return Shipping
Once a return is approved, customers may:

use a prepaid return label provided by BTK COLLECTIONS (label cost deducted from refund or store credit), or

use their own shipping method.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Processing Time
Returns are processed within 7–10 business days after arrival.
Refunds or store credit will be issued once the return has been received, inspected, and approved.
Store credit is delivered via email.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Return Abuse Protection
BTK COLLECTIONS monitors return activity to prevent abuse of our return policy.
Accounts exhibiting excessive or suspicious return behavior may be restricted from future returns or purchases.
Lost or Stolen Packages
BTK COLLECTIONS is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments after a carrier marks the order as Delivered.
If your package is missing, please contact us so we can assist with initiating a carrier claim.
Orders With Incorrect Shipping Address
Orders are fulfilled using the exact shipping address entered at checkout.
Shipments returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be processed according to this return policy.
