Quick Return Summary

Full-Price U.S. Orders

  • Full-price U.S. clothing, handbags, and accessories may be returned once approved.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Approved full-price U.S. returns may be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a BTK COLLECTIONS error, incorrect item, or damaged item.
  • If BTK COLLECTIONS provides a prepaid return label, the label cost will be deducted from the final refund.
  • No restocking fee applies to eligible full-price U.S. returns that meet all return condition requirements.

Sale, Promotional, Markdown, Discount-Code, and Extra Discount Orders

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Approved returns are issued as store credit only.
  • No refund to the original payment method is available.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.
  • If BTK COLLECTIONS provides a prepaid return label, the label cost will be deducted from the final store credit.
  • Extra discount orders are not eligible for free exchange.
  • Paid exchanges for extra discount orders may be approved by BTK COLLECTIONS as a courtesy.
  • If a paid exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for round-trip exchange shipping.

Final Sale Items

  • Clearance items, closeout items, extra discount, flash sale items, inventory reduction items, and items marked Final Sale are final sale.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit.

Jewelry

  • Jewelry pieces from Anabel Aram and Olivia Le are final sale.
  • Final sale jewelry is not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges

  • One free exchange is available for approved eligible U.S. orders only.
  • The exchange request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Only one free exchange is allowed per eligible order.
  • Extra discount orders, sale items, promotional items, discount-code orders, markdown items, clearance items, closeout items, inventory reduction items, flash sale items, final sale items, jewelry, and international orders are not eligible for free exchange.
  • Extra discount exchanges, if approved, require the customer to pay round-trip exchange shipping.

International Orders 

  • Approved returns are issued as store credit only.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.
  • A 20% international restocking and return processing fee applies.
  • Original shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, carrier fees, shipping protection, and import charges are non-refundable.

Return Authorization Required

  • All returns and exchanges must be requested before shipping anything back to BTK COLLECTIONS.
  • BTK COLLECTIONS does not accept unauthorized returns.
  • To start a return or exchange, customers must:
    • submit a request through the Return Request Portal at /pages/return-request, or
    • email info@btkcollection.com with the order number.
  • If the request is approved, return or exchange instructions will be provided.
  • Returns or exchanges sent without authorization may be refused or returned to the sender.
  • EU and UK customers using statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights may notify BTK COLLECTIONS according to the EU and UK sections below.
  • Return instructions must still be followed so the return can be identified and processed correctly.

Return and Exchange Window

  • For U.S. orders and international orders outside the EU and UK, return and exchange requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date.
  • The delivery date is Day 0.
  • The request deadline is 11:59 PM Eastern Time on Day 7 after delivery.
  • Example:
    • Delivered: June 3
    • Deadline: June 10 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time
    • Request submitted June 11: outside the return window
  • Requests submitted outside the 7-day window may not be approved.
  • Approved returns and exchanges must be shipped back within 5 calendar days after BTK COLLECTIONS provides return instructions.
  • Return or exchange approval expires if the package is not shipped within the required timeframe.

Full-Price U.S. Returns

  • Full-price U.S. clothing, handbags, and accessories may be returned once approved.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Approved full-price U.S. returns may receive a refund to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable except.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to:
    • BTK COLLECTIONS error
    • incorrect item
    • damaged item
  • If BTK COLLECTIONS provides a prepaid return label, the label cost will be deducted from the final refund.
  • No restocking fee applies to eligible full-price U.S. returns that meet all return condition requirements.

Sale, Promotional, Markdown, Discount-Code, and Extra Discount Purchases

  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, markdowns, automatic discounts, discount-code offers, social media promotions, email promotions, SMS promotions, or other special offers are not eligible for refunds to the original payment method.
  • Approved returns for eligible sale, promotional, markdown, discount-code, or extra discount orders are issued as store credit only.
  • Store credit:
    • does not expire unless otherwise stated
    • may be used toward future purchases at BTK COLLECTIONS
    • is not redeemable for cash.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.
  • If BTK COLLECTIONS provides a prepaid return label, the return label cost will be deducted from the final store credit.
  • If the original order qualified for free shipping, the outbound shipping cost may be deducted from the final store credit

Extra Discount Orders

  • An “extra discount order” means any order that receives an additional discount on top of a:
    • sale price
    • markdown price
    • clearance price
    • closeout price
    • inventory reduction price
    • promotional price
    • already-reduced price
  • Extra discount orders are not eligible for free exchange.
  • BTK COLLECTIONS may approve a paid exchange for an extra discount order as a courtesy.
  • Paid exchanges are approved only if:
    • inventory is available
    • the item meets all return condition requirements
    • BTK COLLECTIONS approves the request before the item is shipped back
  • For approved paid exchanges, the customer is responsible for round-trip exchange shipping.
  • Round-trip exchange shipping includes:
    • the cost to ship the original item back to BTK COLLECTIONS
    • the cost for BTK COLLECTIONS to ship the replacement item to the customer
  • Paid exchanges are not processed until:
    • the original item has been received
    • the item has been inspected and approved
    • any required shipping costs have been paid

Final Sale Items

  • Clearance items, closeout items, old inventory markdowns, flash sale items, inventory reduction items, and items marked Final Sale are final sale.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for:
    • return
    • exchange
    • refund
    • store credit
  • Final sale exclusions apply.

Jewelry Final Sale

  • Jewelry pieces from Anabel Aram and Olivia Le are final sale.
  • Final sale jewelry is not eligible for return or exchange except where required by law.
  • Customers should review product details carefully before completing purchase.

Exchanges

  • BTK COLLECTIONS offers one free exchange for approved eligible U.S. orders only.
  • The exchange request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date.
  • The delivery date is Day 0.
  • The exchange request deadline is 11:59 PM Eastern Time on Day 7 after delivery.
  • All exchange requests must be approved by BTK COLLECTIONS before the item is shipped back.
  • Free exchanges are not limited to size only.
  • Customers may exchange for another available:
    • size
    • color
    • style
    • item
  • All exchanges are subject to approval and inventory availability.
  • Only one free exchange is allowed per eligible order.
  • If the replacement item costs more than the original item:
    • the customer must pay the price difference before the replacement item is shipped.
  • If the replacement item costs less than the original item:
    • the difference will be issued as store credit.
    • the price difference is not refunded to the original payment method.
    • customers who want a refund to the original payment method should request an eligible return instead of an exchange.
  • Discounts, promotional codes, rewards, free shipping offers, or special offers used on the original order do not automatically apply to the replacement item unless BTK COLLECTIONS approves otherwise in writing.
  • The original item must be received, inspected, and approved before the replacement item is shipped.
  • Approved exchanges must be shipped back within 5 calendar days after BTK COLLECTIONS provides exchange instructions.
  • Exchange approval expires if the package is not shipped within the required timeframe.

Orders Not Eligible for Free Exchange

  • Extra discount orders
  • Sale items
  • Promotional items
  • Discount-code orders
  • Markdown items
  • Clearance items
  • Closeout items
  • Inventory reduction items
  • Flash sale items
  • Final sale items
  • Jewelry
  • International orders

Paid Exchanges

  • Extra discount orders may be eligible for a paid exchange if approved by BTK COLLECTIONS as a courtesy.
  • For approved paid exchanges, the customer is responsible for round-trip exchange shipping costs.
  • Round-trip exchange shipping includes:
    • shipping the original item back to BTK COLLECTIONS
    • shipping the replacement item to the customer
  • If BTK COLLECTIONS provides a prepaid return label for a paid exchange:
    • the return label cost may be charged to the customer, or
    • the return label cost may be deducted where permitted by law.
  • A replacement item received through an approved exchange is not eligible for another free exchange.
  • If the customer wants another size, color, style, or item after using the one free exchange:
    • the customer must place a new order, or
    • BTK COLLECTIONS may approve a paid exchange as a courtesy.
  • If the customer chooses not to keep the replacement item and BTK COLLECTIONS approves a return:
    • the return will be processed according to the original order’s return eligibility.
    • the return must follow the applicable return window.
  • For replacement items received through an approved exchange:
    • any return request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the replacement item’s carrier-confirmed delivery date.
  • Any refund or store credit may be reduced by shipping costs paid by BTK COLLECTIONS to complete the exchange, including:
    • prepaid return label cost
    • outbound replacement shipping
    • any other shipping costs previously waived
  • If the replacement item is incorrect, damaged, or defective:
    • the customer must contact BTK COLLECTIONS immediately.
    • photos must be included.

Return Shipping and Prepaid USPS Return Label Cost

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to:
    • BTK COLLECTIONS error
    • incorrect item
    • damaged item
  • For approved U.S. returns, customers may:
    • use their own trackable shipping method, or
    • request a prepaid USPS return label from BTK COLLECTIONS.
  • If BTK COLLECTIONS provides a prepaid USPS return label:
    • the label cost will be deducted from the final refund or store credit.
  • Return label cost is separate from any applicable restocking or return processing fee.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • The exact label cost may vary based on:
    • USPS pricing
    • package weight

  • Multiple return parcels from the same order may incur additional return shipping or handling costs.

Return Condition Requirements

To qualify for return approval, items must:

  • be unworn
  • be unwashed
  • be unaltered
  • have original tags attached
  • be free of perfume, fragrance, deodorant, makeup marks, stains, and odors
  • be free of pet hair
  • be free of signs of wear or use
  • be returned with original packaging
  • include any accessories, belts, dust bags, garment bags, or packaging originally provided

All returns are subject to inspection after arrival.

Items may be refused or reduced in refund/store credit value if they show signs of:

  • wear
  • use
  • washing
  • removed tags
  • missing tags
  • fragrance
  • deodorant
  • makeup
  • stains
  • odors
  • pet hair
  • alterations
  • missing packaging
  • damage

Items that do not meet return condition requirements may be returned to the customer or reduced in refund/store credit value.

International Orders 

  • International customers outside the EU and UK are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to:
    • BTK COLLECTIONS error
    • incorrect item
    • damaged item
  • International return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Approved international returns must be shipped back within 5 business days after BTK COLLECTIONS provides return instructions.
  • Approved international returns are issued as store credit only unless:
    • BTK COLLECTIONS approves another method in writing, or
    • applicable law requires otherwise.
  • A 20% international restocking and return processing fee will be deducted from the eligible return value where permitted by law.
  • This fee helps cover:
    • inspection
    • processing
    • inventory hold time
    • packaging loss
    • resale delay
    • markdown risk
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Express shipping, upgraded shipping, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, carrier fees, shipping protection, and import charges are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
  • BTK COLLECTIONS does not provide prepaid international return labels.
  • Customers must use a trackable and insured shipping method.
  • BTK COLLECTIONS is not responsible for international returns that are:
    • lost
    • delayed
    • damaged
    • misdelivered
    • refused
    • held by customs while in transit
  • BTK COLLECTIONS does not accept cash-on-delivery returns.
  • International returns should be clearly marked as “Returned Merchandise” where appropriate.
  • Any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, carrier fees, or import charges billed to BTK COLLECTIONS because of an international return may be deducted from the final store credit or refund where permitted by law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact BTK COLLECTIONS at info@btkcollection.com as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the item
  • clear photos of the packaging
  • a description of the issue

Eligible cases may receive:

  • replacement item
  • refund
  • store credit
  • another resolution depending on the issue

Restocking fees do not apply when the return is caused by:

  • BTK COLLECTIONS error
  • incorrect item
  • damaged item

Processing Time

  • Returns are processed within 7–10 business days after arrival.
  • Refunds or store credit will be issued after the return has been:
    • received
    • inspected
    • approved
  • Store credit is delivered by email.
  • Original shipping charges, return shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, carrier fees, and import charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

Return Abuse Protection

  • BTK COLLECTIONS monitors return activity to prevent abuse of this policy.
  • Accounts showing excessive, suspicious, or abusive return behavior may be restricted from:
    • future returns
    • exchanges
    • promotions
    • purchases
  • Restrictions apply where permitted by law.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • BTK COLLECTIONS is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments after a carrier marks the order as Delivered.
  • If your package is missing, contact BTK COLLECTIONS so we can assist with carrier claim information where available.

Orders With Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Orders are fulfilled using the exact shipping address entered at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.
  • Shipments returned due to incorrect, incomplete, refused, or undeliverable addresses will be processed according to this Return & Refund Policy.
  • Original shipping costs, return shipping costs, carrier fees, and reshipping fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Social Media, Facebook, Instagram, and Marketplace Orders

  • Orders placed through Facebook, Instagram, social media, live sale, invoice, or marketplace checkout are subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
  • If an item is marked Final Sale, Store Credit Only, Closeout, Clearance, Sale, Markdown, or No Exchange in the product listing, invoice, product description, checkout, or order confirmation:
    • that item follows the stated return rule except where required by law.
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing:
    • item details
    • sizing
    • measurements
    • color
    • material
    • product condition
    • return eligibility
  • Customers should review all details before completing purchase.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  • Submit a return or exchange request through the Return Request Portal at /pages/return-request.
  • Or email info@btkcollection.com with your order number.
  • Wait for approval and return instructions.
  • Ship the item according to the instructions provided.
  • Returns or exchanges sent without approval may not be accepted.

How to Pack Your Return

  • Use the original packaging when possible.
  • Ensure tags remain attached.
  • Fold items neatly.
  • Avoid perfume, fragrance, deodorant marks, makeup, stains, pet hair, and damage.
  • Include any accessories, belts, dust bags, garment bags, packaging, or included items originally provided.
  • Seal the parcel securely.
  • Use a trackable shipping method.
  • Add any return authorization details as instructed.
