Average transit times to the United States from our international warehouse: 5 - 20 Business days. Average transit times to International: 15 - 45 Business days
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
We gladly accept returns on non-sale items if the return process is initiated within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn and unused
- No stains of any kind
- No smell of any kind (including perfume, smoke, or deodorant)
- Tags must be attached
- Must be returned in the original condition you received it
The return must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

No, all sale items are final and not eligible for returns. However, if you receive a damaged or defective sale item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement after receiving the damaged item.
